A mission control for your fleet of coding agents, in your pocket
Vicoa orchestrates 40+ coding agents across your machines and lets you steer them all from a real mobile app.

What it does
Vicoa is an open-source orchestrator that runs multiple coding agents — Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, Kimi, and 30+ more via the Agent Client Protocol — side by side in one workspace. Each agent gets its own git worktree and branch, so several can chew on the same repo simultaneously without trampling each other. A local daemon on each machine spawns the agent CLIs you already have installed, using your own credentials and subscriptions.
The interesting bit
The mobile app is not a chat tab bolted onto a web dashboard — it shows sessions grouped by project, live git diffs, and push notifications when an agent needs a decision. The whole stack (FastAPI backend, Next.js web, Electron desktop, Flutter mobile) is self-hostable with Docker and Postgres, and the CLI is deep enough that your agents can drive Vicoa the way you do.
Key highlights
- 40+ agents: native integrations for Claude Code, Codex, Pi, Oh My Pi, Antigravity; the rest over ACP, including custom launch commands
- Parallel git worktrees per agent, with inline per-file diffs and commit history reviewable on desktop or phone
- Connect multiple machines — Mac, Windows, Linux, VPS — and choose where each session runs
- Task board with automations: cron-scheduled sessions that pick up tasks on their own
- Mobile live preview: open a local dev site on your phone in desktop mode
Caveats
- Requires at least one supported agent CLI installed and signed in on the machine running agents — Vicoa orchestrates, it doesn’t provide the agents
- Self-hosting involves Docker, JWT key generation, and Postgres; not a one-click affair
- BYO-key throughout: no bundled models or subscriptions
Verdict
If you’re already juggling multiple coding agents and want one command center — especially with genuine mobile supervision — this is worth a look. If you run a single agent in one terminal, it’s a lot of machinery for a problem you don’t have.
