HAPI provides a local-first alternative for controlling AI coding agents remotely via Web, PWA, or Telegram Mini App. It wraps existing AI coding tools instead of replacing them, enabling users to approve requests from mobile devices, run terminal commands remotely, and use voice control with hands-free operation. The system uses WireGuard and TLS for end-to-end encrypted relay connections between devices and the host machine.
