nWave installs into Claude Code as a plugin and orchestrates specialized AI agents across seven delivery waves: discover, diverge, discuss, design, devops, distill, and deliver. Each wave produces artifacts (requirements, designs, code) that human developers review and approve before the workflow advances. The system includes a buddy agent that reads the project context and recommends the next actionable step. It aims to combine AI assistance with human judgment at each gate in the development process.
