Eight AI employees who show up on schedule and fix their own instructions
A repo of 60 scheduled routines that turns your existing coding agent into a small-business staff, on your machine, with files you own.

What it does
Each “AI Employee” is a folder of scheduled routines covering one business role — GTM, SEO, web dev, social media, ads, sales, customer satisfaction, and a Chief of Staff that reads everyone else’s run logs and flags what quietly stopped. They run on your own machine through the agent you already use (Claude Code plus a dozen other harnesses), drive your browser and PC, and brief you every morning. Sixty routines total, all in the repo.
The interesting bit
The self-improvement loop: when a page or tool changes and a routine breaks, it fixes its own instructions and reports the fix in the next brief. Also notable is the deliberate power balance — drafts and change lists come to you, and money moves only when you approve.
Key highlights
- Eight roles, 60 routines, every schedule and kit in the repo — “nothing held back”
- Runs on Claude Code, OpenClaw, Codex, Cline, Qwen Code, DeepSeek and more; Windows, macOS, Linux
- The
hireinstaller makes no network requests, collects no data, and never touches credentials on the plugin path - Kits must live outside OneDrive/Dropbox/Google Drive/iCloud — the installer checks
- MIT-licensed, also published as an npm package and a Claude Code plugin
Caveats
- The README is heavy on the companion “Agent Ops Club” — the free install-prompt walkthrough lives behind a signup, though the manual two-step install is documented in-repo
- Requires a logged-in agent and a browser signed in to the accounts it reads; how much browser-driving you trust an agent with is your call
- The “running my own business every weekday since August 27, 2026” claim is oddly future-dated — likely a typo, but worth noting
Verdict
Worth a look if you run a small business or solo operation and want a structured, inspectable alternative to opaque SaaS automation. If you wanted a library or framework to build on, this is opinionated glue — prompts, schedules, and an installer, not code you extend.
