Nightshift is a CLI tool that consumes leftover Claude/Codex API budget to autonomously review codebases overnight. It detects dead code, documentation drift, test gaps, security issues, and over 20 other categories of code quality problems. All findings are submitted as pull requests so developers can merge useful suggestions or close unwanted ones, with everything landing on non-primary branches by default.
