Claude Subconscious runs a background agent alongside Claude Code that watches session transcripts, reads codebase files, and maintains shared memory across sessions. It uses the Letta Code SDK to process each response, update memory, and whisper contextual guidance before the next prompt. A single agent can serve multiple Claude Code sessions in parallel using Letta’s Conversations feature, building up project and pattern awareness over time.
