What it does

Minke is a native desktop shell for DeepSeek Harness. It pulls agent conversations, project files, a real terminal, a built-in browser, and plugin management into one local-first workspace so you are not juggling browser tabs. It also hosts a responsive web client that lets you continue the same workspace from a phone or tablet.

The interesting bit

The unusual angle is multi-channel remote control: you can start agent tasks from WeChat, Telegram, or Discord and receive results in the same thread, with credentials encrypted locally. The Agent Browser lets agents navigate sites, click, fill forms, and capture screenshots while you watch; you can seize control at any time, annotate elements, and feed screenshot-backed context back into the conversation.

• Active pre-release: expect breaking changes to features, packaging, and the local data schema
• macOS builds are currently not notarized, so Gatekeeper may block them

Try it if you want DeepSeek Harness as a daily driver with local files, terminals, and the ability to check in from your phone. Skip it if you need an official, polished product or just a lightweight chat client.
