What it does

This is a bundle of seven Agent Skills (for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor) aimed at one-person AI startups in China. A top-level router skill asks what you’re building and how far you’ve got, then dispatches to the matching sub-skill: MVP validation, business plan, policy navigator, pitch coach, growth playbook, pricing & sales, or registration & compliance. Each sub-skill also lives as its own standalone repo, synced in via scripts/sync.sh.

The interesting bit

The value isn’t any single skill — it’s the pipeline. Validation evidence feeds the business plan, which feeds policy applications and pitch prep, so each step’s output is meant to be consumed by the next. The router also suggests a default order (1 → 2 → 3/7 → 4 → 5 → 6) and explains why each next step comes next.

Key highlights

  • Router skill picks the right sub-skill by stage, asking at most two questions first
  • Sub-skills cover the unglamorous parts: compute vouchers, entity choice, annual-report compliance calendars
  • Growth playbook targets Xiaohongshu, Douyin and WeChat Channels — cold-start tactics, not generic marketing
  • Stated principles: no invented data, official-source links only for policies and regulations
  • scripts/validate.py checks frontmatter across the router and all seven sub-skills

Caveats

  • Policy, registration and growth content is China-mainland specific; the README says validation, BP, pitch and pricing thinking transfer, but the rest doesn’t
  • Explicitly not legal or tax advice — the README itself says to rely on official texts and professionals
  • The pitch coach targets incubators and competitions, not VC fundraising

Verdict

Worth a look if you’re a solo founder building an AI product in China and want a structured, agent-driven checklist instead of seven browser tabs of advice. If you’re outside China or raising VC, most of the specific value evaporates.
