Overalls is a self-hosted platform that runs development machines as persistent Firecracker microVMs on NixOS, Ubuntu or Windows, keeping each machine’s disk, name and address across stop, start, resize, clone and move operations. It includes a built-in agent that keeps working on threads from the browser or CLI, and ships with Claude Code and Codex pre-installed with token accounting. Repositories, branches and pull requests can be opened in fresh machines and accessed via browser, SSH, VS Code or the overalls CLI.
