Decipher is a CLI and GUI tool that leverages OpenAI’s Whisper speech recognition model to extract audio from videos and produce transcription subtitle files. Users can run the tool locally with FFmpeg and Python or via a Google Colab notebook. The tool provides both command-line and Gradio-based graphical interfaces for accessibility.
