Plugins are submitted through Anthropic’s review pipeline, pass automated security scanning, and are synced nightly into the mirror. Users add the marketplace to Claude Code via a CLI command and install individual plugins by name. The repo itself does not accept pull requests; all updates flow from the internal pipeline.
