What it does

SEO Machine is a Claude Code workspace that layers a full SEO content operation on top of Anthropic’s CLI assistant. It adds slash commands, context templates, and Python analysis modules to research topics, draft articles, score their optimization, and publish to WordPress. The system also audits existing content against live SERP competitors and suggests specific rewrites.

The interesting bit

The project essentially turns a coding tool into a content agency OS: an “Editor” agent scores your draft’s humanity on a 0–100 scale, while a “Performance” agent pulls Google Analytics and Search Console data to build a week-by-week content roadmap. There is even a /scrub command whose explicit job is to hunt down and remove AI tells like em-dashes and robotic filler.

Verdict

A strong fit for SEO teams and content marketers already embedded in the Anthropic ecosystem who want a repeatable, data-informed writing workflow. Skip it if you need a fully self-contained content generator that runs without Claude Code.
