This repository accompanies an academic review paper on AI-based change detection methods in remote sensing. It provides open-source implementations of deep learning models (CNN, Siamese networks) for detecting land surface changes across multi-temporal satellite imagery. The repo includes code in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras along with benchmark datasets covering optical, SAR, and street view data.
