Multiplayer mode for the coding agents you already use

What it does

Lody is a team workspace that wraps around coding agents you already run—Claude Code, Codex, Kimi, and others—instead of replacing them. It connects your laptops, workstations, and cloud VMs through a shared interface available on desktop, mobile, web, and CLI, so teammates can open the same conversation, inspect live diffs, and add instructions without passing around screenshots or pasted logs. Agents can also spawn child conversations to delegate work in parallel while keeping each job isolated.

The interesting bit

Rather than building yet another agent, Lody positions itself as multiplayer infrastructure: it uses CRDTs via the Loro stack to sync collaborative state while leaving your existing subscriptions, logins, and machine permissions untouched. The team is still moving toward full local-first support, with plans to extend the same foundation from conversations into documents and durable team context.
