DeepReg is a library for medical image registration using deep learning approaches. It implements convolutional neural network architectures to compute spatial transformations that align pairs of medical images, supporting tasks such as longitudinal analysis and multi-modal registration. The project is built on TensorFlow 2 and provides both a Python API and command-line tools for training and evaluating registration models.
