This repository contains a complete Chinese translation of Andrew Ng’s ‘Machine Learning Yearning,’ a technical guide covering ML project organization, development/test set creation, error analysis, bias-variance tradeoffs, learning curves, and deep learning strategy. The translator worked chapter by chapter as Ng released the drafts, completing all 58 chapters. The content is aimed at helping practitioners make systematic decisions when building ML systems.
