TensorFlow Addons is a repository of contributions that conform to well-established API patterns but implement functionality not available in core TensorFlow. It provides additional layers, optimizers, metrics, and utilities maintained by the TensorFlow Special Interest Group for Addons. While the project has entered end-of-life mode, it remains a framework extension library for ML practitioners.
