HyperLPR is a Chinese license plate recognition system built on TensorFlow. It detects and recognizes license plates in images and video streams using CNN-based models. The project provides Python and Android SDKs, a CLI for batch processing, and a REST API service with SwaggerUI for easy integration into applications.
