This project provides demo programs for animating anime characters using deep learning. The manual_poser allows users to manipulate facial expressions, head rotation, body rotation, and breathing through a GUI. The ifacialmocap_puppeteer transfers facial motion captured from an iOS device’s TrueDepth camera directly to an anime character. Both demo programs require a powerful Nvidia GPU and, for the puppeteer, an iPhone X or newer device with Face ID capabilities.
