pkhungurn/talking-head-anime-2-demo
A PyTorch deep learning system that animates still anime character images by controlling facial expressions and head rotations from a single portrait.

This repository provides demo programs for a neural network model that animates talking heads from single anime character images. It includes a manual poser with GUI and Jupyter notebook interfaces for manipulating facial expressions and head poses, plus a puppeteer program that transfers real-time facial motion captured from an iOS app to animated anime characters. The system requires a powerful Nvidia GPU to run the model inference.
