codex-multi-auth provides a command-line tool for managing multiple ChatGPT OAuth accounts used by the @openai/codex CLI. It supports explicit login, account listing and switching, health checks, quota forecasting, diagnostics, and recovery commands. An optional forwarding wrapper and a loopback-only runtime proxy enable health-aware account rotation for forwarded Codex sessions without replacing the official codex binary.
