Claude Token Optimizer is a JavaScript CLI that measures how many tokens a project’s CLAUDE.md adds to each Claude Code session and prunes it down. It moves old session notes and finished task lists into side files that Claude opens only when needed, reporting the tokens saved. It also sets up a minimal CLAUDE.md with on-demand docs to keep startup context small.
