Project Malmo provides a research platform for artificial intelligence experimentation using Minecraft as a simulation environment. It offers both a Python gym-like interface (MalmoEnv) and native bindings for training AI agents in complex environments. The platform is designed to enable research into reinforcement learning and autonomous agent behavior in challenging, open-ended scenarios.
