This plugin consists of two parts: an Obsidian plugin that adds MCP capabilities to a vault, and a local MCP server that handles communication with AI applications. It exposes Obsidian data and tools as MCP resources and functions, allowing AI clients like Claude to securely access, search, and interact with vault content through standardized MCP protocols.
