SpikingJelly provides tools for building, training, and evaluating Spiking Neural Networks, a biologically-inspired neural network paradigm. It offers Neuron layers, ANN-SNN conversion utilities, and supports neuromorphic datasets and hardware acceleration via CUDA and Triton. The framework aims to make SNN research more accessible using PyTorch as its foundation.
