Motion graphics where every frame is code, not After Effects
A pack of Claude Code skills that turns brand rules and one-line prompts into rendered MP4 launch videos, explainers and reels.

What it does This is a collection of 15 Claude Code skills (the README’s own count wobbles between 13, 14 and 15 depending on the section) that produce motion graphics entirely in code. Claude Code writes the animation, draws every frame and renders an MP4 — no After Effects, no AI video generator. The jobs covered are the ones a solo marketer actually needs: launch films, Vox-style explainers, animated charts, milestone reveals, 3D title sequences, newsletter promos and Reel exports.
The interesting bit
The architecture is a shared brand memory. One skill, brand-intake, writes brand.md and MOTION.md (colours, type, timing, motion rules) and every other skill reads those files before animating — so output stays on-brand instead of asking for hex codes every session. The skills are also self-loading: type “make this a reel” and the right one picks itself up. The author says the rules came out of real rejected drafts, which is a more honest provenance than most prompt packs can claim.
Key highlights
- 15 skills spanning plan, launch, explain, open, compare and promote stages, each with its own
SKILL.mddocumenting triggers and hard-won rules animated-chartkeeps every value exactly as given — no invented numbers in your data vizreference-to-motionbreaks down a video you admire into its moves, then writes a scene-by-scene prompt- Runs in Claude Code and Codex; nothing needs an API key
- MP4 export needs HyperFrames (free, open source) or ffmpeg plus Chrome; without it you get the HTML with
window.seek()and export pending
Caveats
- Firmly tied to Claude Code on Opus 5.5 — the README treats that model as a requirement, not a suggestion
- It’s a prompt-and-workflow pack, not a rendering engine; the actual frame-drawing and export machinery lives elsewhere (HyperFrames/ffmpeg)
- The skill count is inconsistent across the README (13 in the repo description, 14 in the table intro, 15 in the badges)
Verdict Worth a look if you produce launch videos, explainers or social clips and would rather describe edits in prose than learn a timeline. If you need frame-accurate broadcast work or already live in After Effects, this isn’t replacing that.
