PantheonOS is an evolvable, privacy-preserving multi-agent framework designed for data science automation, with special focus on single cell biology analyses. It leverages LLM-based agents that can improve algorithms and code through genetic-algorithm-driven evolution. The framework provides various agent team patterns including Sequential, Swarm, and Mixture-of-Agents (MoA) for flexible orchestration of distributed multi-agent systems.
