TigerBot is a foundation LLM developed for Chinese-language AI applications, trained on diverse corpora including code and scientific literature. The project releases model weights on HuggingFace and ModelScope, with variants ranging from 13B to 70B parameters. Recent releases include a medical domain model (MedCT) with clinical NER capabilities and a search-augmented mode.
