AnimeGANv3 implements a novel Double-Tail Generative Adversarial Network for fast photo animation, converting real-world images and video frames into anime-style outputs. The project provides pre-trained models in multiple formats (ONNX, TensorFlow Lite, CoreML) for deployment across platforms including a HuggingFace Space. It supports both image and video animation workflows.
