This repository contains NVIDIA’s optimized build of TensorFlow 1.x for NVIDIA GPU users. It maintains API compatibility with the upstream TensorFlow 1.15 release while providing support for newer hardware and CUDA libraries. The project was officially deprecated on July 31, 2025, with NVIDIA recommending that new projects adopt the JAX Toolbox instead.
