shrt tests a backend through chains of API calls defined as YAML files, replaying each release against a human-approved baseline and naming the step, field, and suspected write when a field changes. It speaks the Connect protocol and compiles proto files with buf to learn every rpc and message. It installs a Claude Code skill and documentation so coding agents can drive it, though all commands also work manually.
