This repository provides an MCP server implementation that proxies requests from AI agent clients to JetBrains IDEs such as IntelliJ, PyCharm, WebStorm, and Android Studio. It enables AI assistants to interact with IDE features through the Model Context Protocol standard. The functionality has since been integrated directly into IntelliJ-based IDEs starting with version 2025.2.
