Mortal is a game-playing AI designed to play riichi mahjong at a high level. It is implemented in Rust for performance and uses deep reinforcement learning to learn optimal strategies and decision-making. The model weights are made available separately, and the project includes full documentation covering how the AI was trained and how it makes decisions during gameplay.
