Keras-surgeon provides utilities for modifying trained Keras models without retraining. It enables operations like deleting neurons or channels from layers, removing or inserting entire layers, and replacing layers. The library works with any model architecture and supports batch modifications via a Surgeon class. It is compatible with both tensorflow.keras and standalone keras implementations.
