This repository implements a method for articulated animation that extracts motion representations from a driving video and applies them to animate a source image. It uses deep learning to disentangle motion and appearance, enabling image-to-video generation. The paper supports standard animation mode and animation via disentanglement mode, and includes pre-trained checkpoints and a Colab demo.
