SOUL.md provides markdown templates and tools for building a persistent personality file that AI agents can load to embody a user’s identity. Users can either manually fill templates or let the agent analyze their data (tweets, essays, posts) to extract patterns and create SOUL.md and STYLE.md files. The resulting personality files can be ingested by any LLM to generate content that authentically reflects the user’s thinking and writing style across new topics.
