Executor provides a local runtime with web UI and CLI that lets AI agents discover, describe, and call tools from OpenAPI specs, GraphQL schemas, MCP servers, and other sources. It handles authentication, schema parsing, and exposes tools as an MCP server for use with Claude Code, Cursor, and other agents. The system enables a shared catalog of tools and auth policies across all agents.
