Open-source CRM born from a team that ditched Salesforce

What it does Cordys CRM is a full-stack customer-relationship manager that tracks the entire lead-to-cash lifecycle: lead capture, smart assignment, contact records, opportunity pipelines, contract signing, invoicing, and payment collection. It runs on a conventional Spring Boot and Vue.js stack with MySQL and Redis, and is packaged for Docker with an offline installer for air-gapped environments. The system also embeds BI dashboards through a built-in DataEase integration and exposes an AI layer it calls “CRM Skills” for assistant-driven sales workflows.

The interesting bit The project’s most convincing credential is that Fit2Cloud—its creator and a long-time Salesforce customer—migrated its own sales team off a seven-year Salesforce contract in mid-2025 and onto Cordys before open-sourcing it. That is the kind of dogfooding most open-source CRMs cannot claim.
